This policy explains what data is kept when using Hallediverse, what stays on your device and how you can manage your account.
Account data we keep
When you sign in, your name, email address, avatar, plan status and account settings may be stored. This keeps your favorites and workspace connected to your account.
Content you enter into tools
For browser-side tools, text and files stay on your device. When a task needs secure processing, only the data needed for that task is used; private tool input is not added to ads or general analytics events.
Files and temporary processing
File-based tools check file type, size and safety basics. Temporary files are used only for the task; Hallediverse is not a permanent file storage service.
Workspace and chats
Signed-in workspace history and pinned notes may be stored in your account scope. Guest data stays in browser storage and is not automatically moved into your account.
API keys
The full API key is shown only when it is created. After that, only short identifying parts and usage details are visible; full keys are not included in exports.
Premium and payments
Premium payments are handled through Lemon Squeezy. Billing and invoice details are managed in the secure billing area; Hallediverse does not store card data or full payment records.
Account deletion
Deleting your account closes your profile, favorites, collections, workspace history, API keys and active sessions. Payment and invoice records may be retained for a limited time where required by law.
Data export
You can export supported account data from your profile. Full API keys, private values and payment-provider identifiers are not included for safety.
Cookies and preferences
Essential cookies support session, security, language and theme. Analytics and ad measurement are handled with separate choices. When Google Tag Manager, Analytics and AdSense are used, Cookie choices can control them.
Google ads and third-party cookies
When AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits and to measure ad performance. Users can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and may use aboutads.info for some third-party advertising cookie choices.
Ad placement and user safety
When ads are enabled, they are not presented as tool buttons, download actions, menus or system messages. Users are not asked to click ads and no reward is promised for ad interaction.
Security records
Short security records may be kept to reduce abuse and investigate issues. They do not include full API keys, private values, file content or payment records.
Children
Hallediverse is not designed as a service for children. For privacy or security requests, contact support.
